Job Description
As Deputy Store Manager (DSM), you will oversee the total operational activity within the store alongside the Store Manager. The role is highly KPI-driven, and experience in delivering strong performance metrics is required. You will play a key role in delivering the best customer experience, challenging and driving the team to maintain high standards across the sales floor, replenishment, and merchandising updates throughout the year.
Two large transitional events annually will require a full store overhaul outside of peak seasons to showcase our best products. You will lead a small team of 8 employees to achieve these goals. This is a physically demanding role, primarily involving furniture sales, which constitutes a significant portion of our store turnover.
We seek the best candidates for future growth as part of one of the fastest-growing districts. A strong retail management background is essential.
Additional Information
40-hour contract plus additional hours as needed. Flexibility is required. There is great potential for advancement into future store management roles based on performance. This role offers significant growth potential within the UK stores.
