We're looking for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join an industry-leading construction company that gives the recognition and support needed to succeed. Based in near Falkirk two days a week with three days working from home, this is a varied role at the heart of the operational and performance teams. You'll be the link between teams, suppliers, and senior leaders; managing health and safety systems, reporting data, and supporting key initiatives. This is a hands-on role where your organisation, communication, and confidence will make a real impact. Key duties of the Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator: Act as the main contact for health and safety initiatives and systems. Manage data reporting, including Power BI dashboards and project trackers. Coordinate communication between operational teams, suppliers, and senior leadership. Support ongoing projects by collecting, reviewing, and distributing HSE information. Lead on performance systems and reporting, supporting compliance with internal processes. Confidently engage with senior leaders, holding people to account positively and professionally.
