Job Title: Flexible Supply Teacher Location: Horley Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £140 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of regular teachers Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure learning objectives are met Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Provide feedback to regular teachers on students' progress and behaviour Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience in teaching or education settings is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics Good organisational skills and time management Preferred Qualifications: Additional teaching certifications Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds Working Conditions: Varied teaching environments in different schools Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling Opportunity to work with students of different age groups All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
