Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code
* Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care
* Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
* Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate records

Minimum Requirements:
* An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse
* A minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
* Relevant clinical experience

* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
