As a Business Analyst, you will sit within our expanding I.T Portfolio Delivery team defining critical business requirements and the reasons why the capabilities are needed, ensuring they are realistic and support the end-to-end business architecture and strategy, as we continue to build out our industry defining eVTOL aircraft and broader organisation. What success will look like for the Business Analyst Perform E2E Requirements analysis and documentation management Engage with business SMEs to understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements Analysis of business issues and needs by using the appropriate business analysis methodologies and techniques in order to elicit the real business need behind problem statements and high-level requirements Manage presentations and demonstrations of system/ solution to internal customers Production of high/detailed level requirements and business solution design documentation to ensure completeness and coherence Ability to apply an appropriate level of challenge to ensure positive outcome Provide an interface between the business areas and project teams throughout the life cycle Review and sign off on implementation plans where appropriate Everything sounds very interesting but how do I know this is the role for me? What would we like you to bring? circa 2 years IT / Business experience. You'll have a track record of success in working on a number of projects including complex deliverables within a commercial or IT environment Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases etc. Exposure on latest COTS products available in market; Good understanding of standard delivery methodologies.
