Purpose:
To manage and develop UPA’s Business Management System, in line with the business strategy, regulatory and customer requirements, to ensure it delivers the highest levels of quality and service to exceed our customers expectations and effectively manages our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and maintain the Business Management System in line with Business Strategy, Customer Specific Requirements and Legal requirements, with consideration to all interested parties.
* Ensure all Customer and industry certifications are maintained.
* Manage UPA internal and external audit schedule, conduct internal quality, Health and Safety, and environmental integrated audits, and manage/drive resolution of non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions, and escalate as required.
* Provide effective, efficient, and appropriate reports to the management team including Internal and External Auditing.
* Provide training, awareness, and coaching for people throughout the business including the management team to ensure that duties and responsibilities are understood in relation to the BMS and the accreditations/applicable standards.
* Ensure effective tracking and management of Customer portals, self-assessment reports, and action plans.
* Provide support throughout the business to facilitate SHEQ improvements.
* The right candidate will have a working knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, and an awareness of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
