Barchester Healthcare have a HR Advisor position to join our exceptional employee services team on a fixed term basis. Working remotely, this varied position will allow you to demonstrate your skills and experience in coaching managers to implement best practice HR policies and procedures in conjunction with a dedicated HR Business Partner. You will specifically focus on providing HR support to a multi-million pound, fast paced new build programme, including recruitment to 10 new care home openings per year and providing an enhanced HR service to these homes in their first year.
This is a 12 month contract position.
Need To Have
1. Previous experience in a HR Advisor role
2. Experience in opening new services would be beneficial
3. Ability to travel across England when required
Need To Do
1. Work in conjunction with recruitment, senior management, and the projects team for onboarding of staff members
2. Provide a comprehensive induction for Care Home Administrators and Managers
3. Contractual support
4. Deliver HR surgeries on site
5. Support with case management
6. Delivery of HR training to heads of department
