Client Services Executive

The successful candidate will join the Client Services team in the Manchester office, based in Spinningfields. The role requires experience in telephone-based customer service.
The Client Services team acts as a liaison between new clients and departments, ensuring all correct information is provided to the relevant legal department. The role aims to ensure potential and existing clients receive the best possible customer service, helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional telephone-based customer service.
2. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
3. Manage deadlines and sensitive data.
4. Utilize strong inter-personal skills to enhance client experience.
Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Experience in telephone-based customer service with a sales-minded attitude.
