Location: Midlands or nearby. Initially a work from home role, with some occasional visits to our office in Ferndown, which can be discussed at the interview stage.
About Us: We have recently won two family business awards locally and nationally for our services and are looking to grow our base up North.
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work closely with the owner to win new business in the Midlands, North of England, and nearby counties.
In return, we offer:
* Negotiable Salary + Commission (OTE 32K in the first year)
* 37.5 Hour permanent contract (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm; extra hours may be required)

Daily Responsibilities:
* Find candidates on all major job boards, networking, and referrals.
* Interview candidates to see if they match the roles.
* Follow up with candidates via phone and email regarding jobs.
* Make successful job offers or provide feedback if not successful.
* Create a positive experience for clients and candidates.
* Build relationships with new and existing clients and manage accounts.
* Opportunity to win new business and occasionally attend trade shows.
