Our Global Customer Services department brings together all parts of the Lush business to ensure all UK&I shops, Export Markets & Partner Countries have everything they need to run their businesses successfully. We pride ourselves on having the highest quality products, and this will be your chance to get hands-on with the journey behind the scenes from manufacturing to finished goods.
You'll be working very closely with the manufacturing teams across our sites globally to help launch new products, organise large quantities of products for grand shop openings, global events and have the chance to share your knowledge and passions for future projects.
No two days will ever be the same and your tasks will change regularly depending on the ever-changing, fast-moving needs of the business. All with the main aim to always ensure your customers are happy, well-informed, and respected.
This role will specifically be within the Export Customer Services team, but you'll gain knowledge and experience about what we do as a global department.
Regular Responsibilities:
* Delivering 5* Customer Service at all times
* Day-to-day communication with customers through all channels available
* Represent your store as their main point of contact
* Providing feedback to Production Managers on product quality and packaging
* Ensuring product quality is at its best, using regular quality checks during the manufacturing process, right up until it leaves our warehouse and delivered to our customers
* Collating information on changes to the product and sundries range and availability
* Support network between support teams within the business and across manufacturing
* Raising orders, processing product and invoicing credits
* Liaise with production to ensure the customer receives the required products in a timely manner
* Communicate any raw material or production issues that may affect fulfilment
* Provide updates on delivery scheduling and transport delays, working closely with the logistics teams
* New Product Launch/Collaboration support
* On-site Store / Market Visits
* Compile regular and informative communications to go out to customers via several platforms
* Build relationships with other departments and support teams across the business
* Administration Duties - Sheets, documents where all data is held regarding products and processes
* Attend meetings and take minutes to share with your team
Desired Skills:
* Applicants must be fluent in French (other languages would be a bonus)
* Candidates for this position would have previous experience of working in a Customer Services Role or similar role for 2+ years.
* Going above and beyond each day ensuring you deliver a 5* service to all your customers
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, a core passion to 'make it happen' no matter the size of the task
* Relationship Building in this role is the key to success. You will be friendly, sociable, approachable and continuously networking to develop relationships across the business
