Pin Point Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Wymondham.
The site is one of 17 sites across the UK and specializes in production of outbound and inbound document services.
Job Role:
* Working as part of a team in a Production environment, you will undertake the operating of various equipment.
* This fulfilment will be undertaken in accordance to established job specifications and procedures.
* The job is a physical job, and you will be required to be on your feet all shifts.
* You may also be required to obtain and return stock from various locations across the production floor as well as supporting other Operators when required.
* You will need to adhere to quality and output targets and must also show an all-round willingness to complete other tasks as requested.
* Basic PC skills will also be required for various MI tasks such as Recording job run details, booking jobs off to agreed dispatch methods and stock requests.
* This role works on an annualised hour shift pattern.
* The number of hours you work in a one-year period will average out at 35hrs per week.
* There will be a requirement to work no more than 11 shifts in any two-week period.
* You will be given a new plan every six months that will outline what shifts you will be required to work during that period
Hours:
* Swing Shift Pattern rotating
* Week 1 Mon-Fri 07:00-15:00
* Week 2 15:00-23:00.
* This includes 2 x 30 minutes break daily. Weekend availability
