This maternity cover role is based at one of our integrated learning centres in Bampton, Oxfordshire.
Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all of our specialist schools and children’s homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with a complexity of needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement for our young people.
Our Psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, ensuring that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care, and support we offer all of our children and young people. You will provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.

* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* Have proven skills and experience in assessing, formulating, and supporting therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
* Support the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Be confident, engaging, effective, and able to model, guide, lead, and train others.
* Be highly organized and proactive.
* Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
