About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a leading UK charity.
The charity provides neurorehabilitation services for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), helping them regain independence and achieve their personal goals through expert, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialized occupational therapy within a neurobehavioral framework.
* Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs, under the guidance of senior OTs.
* Use evidence-based, person-centered approaches to assess, plan, and implement interventions aimed at helping individuals regain independence in self-care, work, education, and leisure.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, families, and external professionals to provide holistic care tailored to individual needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC Registered.
* Experience: Experience in neurorehabilitation is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with occupational therapy assessments and interventions is key.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
