As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will provide invaluable administrative support to the Financial Services business. You will be liaising with everyone involved in taking a client's mortgage from fact-find through to completion, be it brokers, lenders, conveyancers and of course the clients themselves.
THE ROLE
Key responsibilities:
* Use information to complete and submit Agreement in Principles (AIP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) to mortgage lenders for our client base.
* Liaise with Lenders to ensure cases received, outstanding items are obtained and Valuation Instructed.
* Liaising with Solicitors on Offer to manage the case through to completion.
* Making and receiving phone calls to deal with client enquiries at any stage of the mortgage process.
* Proactively and accurately maintaining Workflow progress of each case on Midas Pro.
* Proactively managing updates and liaising with Advisers / Clients to ensure a first-class customer service.

Pay: £23,795.00-£26,795.00 per year
