Holcim is currently looking for a Production officer, for their plant located at Liverpool. This role involves a mix of manual handling, logistics coordination and administration,

Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail. The role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy operational environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
4. Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
5. Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
6. Allocating and assigning loads to drivers as well as coordination of Trucks arriving & departing site
7. Stock management and coordination of deliveries
8. Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
9. Yard maintenance
10. Front-end loader operation and manual handling of bagged products

About you:

18. Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
19. Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
20. Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader and/or forklift competency an advantage
21. Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
