Currently, there are two major projects within the modern work programme. The second project is a comprehensive organisational transformation, addressing changes in work processes. The focus is on deploying changes for people, including writing communications, developing training materials, and creating training plans, guidance, and courses. A background in communication or training is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills and experience in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, from directors to ground-level colleagues. A background in communications or training is advantageous. Need someone who can translate technical changes in a way that’s understood by non tech people. Working with a Team of 3 Change Analysts, Portfolio Planner and Portfolio Coordinator. Key Responsibilities In collaboration with the project managers, you’ll work within the change framework to identify the most effective approach to change management on a project by project basis, driving the approach which will most increase user acceptance and adoption. Engage and communicate regularly with project team and stakeholders - through working closely with the internal Communications team and keep the project updated by attending project meetings and weekly reporting. Support project teams to utilise the corporate change management approach to a defined standard Work closely with the PMO to support ensuring the corporate change view is maintained, enabling prioritisation of new requests. Identify, define and track the training needs required for given projects, while working with the Training Team to ensure satisfactory delivery of any training requirements Taking the lead on transition management, ensuring that the business is ready to receive the change by preparing affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working. Plan and prepare the tools required to ensure satisfactory benefits realisation once the new ways of working have been implemented.
