We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and well qualified HR Manager to join the Saint Felix School.
The successful candidate should be able to provide HR operational support to Saint Felix and work closely with Head Office, staff and parents.
Primarily based at Saint Felix School, with the possibility of some remote working for the right candidate, the HR Manager will also support HR functions across a selection of other ILG schools.
This role will oversee and deliver a full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, safeguarding compliance, payroll, and staff training. The HR Manager will work closely with school leadership and the ILG HR team to ensure adherence to employment law, safeguarding regulations, and HR best practices. This role is key in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace aligned with the school’s values and mission.
We are looking for an Administrator who will be able to:
1. Undertake and manage HR and compliance processes.
2. Have full oversight of recruitment and onboarding at Saint Felix and other schools as directed.
3. Oversee employee relations and manage performance management cycles.
This position would suit an experienced HR professional or someone from an administrative or financial background looking to make a move into school HR. As a smaller school with a community culture, you will soon appreciate the warmth and sense of friendliness that embodies the institution.
