Linton Support are excited to be recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our Domiciliary Care Service. This role is an opportunity to join a thriving and supportive team supporting individuals within the community with a range of needs.
The Senior Support Worker is integral to the safe and effective running of the service, ensuring the individuals we support are safe and living lives that are fulfilling, supporting staff and managing the tasks required to deliver excellent support.
The successful candidate will also undertake some senior shifts within Orion House, a Residential Care Home for adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties.
You will be based in the Bideford area, and a full driving licence is essential to the role. As a Senior Support Worker, your hourly rate will be £14.63 per hour, with separate rates for sleep-ins.
We recognise the importance of work/life balance, strongly believing that this helps staff provide the best possible service for those they support. This role will require working for 36 hours a week and up to 2 sleep-ins a month, and we will always ensure you know your rota between 4-8 weeks ahead.
