We are looking for a talented Operations Manager with a passion for running incredible pubs
We opened our first pub in 2017 & our ethos was to give South London a new place to meet, socialise and feel welcome. We are all about the community & seeing the response from people has been humbling.
We now want to be even better as we opened another pub & are seeking a dynamic and switched-on operations manager with a proven record of running multiple venues that encompass events and club nights. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of running our unique community pubs.
The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing our venues in terms of cost control, compliance & licensing. The ultimate goal being to increase profitability by constantly challenging the current operations and researching and implementing new opportunities to increase revenue,

Key Responsibilities:
* Be hands-on and lead from the front with exceptional hospitality standards.
* Manage and lead the team with high energy and a hands-on approach.
* Have an enthusiastic, warm, can-do, hands-on, and inspirational attitude.
* Oversee daily operations of the pubs.
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain a world-class atmosphere.
* Show excellent communication skills and the ability to work alongside the owner and management team to develop ideas.
* Oversee everything from bars to kitchens to events.
* Keep a laser focus on P&L, balancing growth with the highest quality.
* Smash sales goals and develop killer strategies to keep the business ahead of the curve.
* Support colleagues and teams and to further develop the brand into something extraordinary.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 2 years minimum experience as an operations manager or 5 years experience as a general manager ready to take the next step.
* A fun and engaging personality with a serious commitment to hospitality.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for learning and development.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests, staff, artists/djs and reporting to senior management.
* Understanding of stock, budgeting and GP levels.
* Ambition to develop the group.
