The Projects
As a Site Manager, you will be working on various retail pop-up pods around the Midlands, London, and Nationwide. You will play a crucial role within the site management team and wider business to ensure that all works are continuously completed to specification, within budget, and on time.
Requirements
For this role, it is essential that you carry the following qualifications as a minimum:
1. SMSTS
2. CSCS
3. First Aid
4. Asbestos Awareness
It is also essential that you hold the skills & experience below:
1. Joinery background is ideal
2. Strong working knowledge of the construction industry
3. Experience of working on a similar project with similar project values

2. Progress Reporting
3. Updating Site Diaries
4. Inductions / Toolbox Talks
5. Management of onsite labour
6. Chair and attend site meetings
7. Quality Inspections / Snagging
8. Ordering / Receiving of materials
9. Carry out programme and budget evaluations
10. Attending and Participating in Project meetings
