Phase 2: Your transition to Associate Partner
After meeting specific requirements during the first 12 months as a representative, you will enter a specialized six-month Sales Manager training program. We’ll help you to lead and build your team of financial professionals.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer relationships while ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
* Lead, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and improve sales efforts.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in sales management.
* Proven track record of successful sales experience.
* Strong understanding of US work authorization regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
