We have an opportunity for an individual to join us as a part-time Recruitment Officer.
Our Recruitment and Resourcing team are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all academic and professional services roles across the University.
About the role:
* Daily, you’ll manage your own portfolio being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process – from advertising to onboarding successful candidates.
* You’ll provide recruitment and resourcing advice to your hiring managers including where and how to advertise creatively.
* You’ll support on immigration activities in relation to the new starter process; including right to work checks and Certificates of Sponsorships.
* Be supported by a Senior Recruitment Officer and a Senior Immigration Officer, as well as a Team Leader.
Key Requirements:
* You’ll need to be comfortable talking to and advising colleagues at all levels of the university.
* Have a can-do attitude and thrive on providing excellent customer service to our candidates and key stakeholders.
* You will be the first point of contact in the team for your designated portfolio customers and will work alongside a team of fellow Officers.
* You will need to have administration experience and ideally, this would be in a recruitment and resourcing environment, but this is not essential.
* Your previous administration experience should include prioritising and processing high numbers of tasks with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner, as well as experience of IT systems including Microsoft applications.
