They seek a motivated Marketing Graduate to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates starting their career in media and marketing. The successful candidate will assist in advertising projects, focusing on business marketing strategies and social media management. This position provides an opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful advertising campaigns. The role encompasses Executive Assistant duties reporting directly to the Company Directors.
Duties:
* Development and execution of media advertising campaigns; brand building.
* Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
* Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for various platforms.
* Utilise social media management tools to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Prepare reports on campaign performance, analysing data to inform future strategies.
* Writing and producing presentations.
* Maintain organised records of project documentation and communications.
* All standard Executive Assistant duties.
Skills:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
* Proficient in project management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
* Knowledge of B2B marketing principles, particularly within the rail and construction sector.
* Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Experience with social media management practices.
* Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
* Graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in Marketing/Business, or with equivalent work experience.
Role Specifics:

* Pay: £22,000 to £24,000 per year

* Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
