4. Hours: Monday to Sunday shifts to cover 8am – 9pm. 5 days a week

Our client based in Rochdale are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to assist customers with the smooth flow of parcels from collection to delivery. Hybrid working is available after training. This is a shift based role covering the core hours of 8am – 9pm and will require you to work alternate weekends. Shift times Monday to Saturday either 8am – 4pm or 1pm – 9pm, Sunday hours will require you to work 9am -5pm.
Duties will include:
6. Use vehicle tracking technology to keep an eye on parcel movement, ensuring they are on schedule and in compliance with delivery timelines.
7. Address Delays and Disruptions: Identify any delays or disruptions in the parcel flow and take immediate corrective actions to minimize customer impact.
8. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the parcel flow process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Investigate and address customer queries and concerns regarding their parcels, providing them with accurate and timely information.
10. Work closely with internal teams to resolve systemic issues and improve the overall efficiency of the parcel tracking and delivery process.
11. Strive for high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and effective issue resolution.
12. Assist store colleagues with questions or issues related to our parcel delivery services, fostering strong working relationships.
