This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and strategic individual who is passionate about leveraging social media to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. With a team of 30, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing our social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in collaboration with the Brand Director, aligned with our overall business goals. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content such as posts, videos, and stories that drive engagement and brand awareness. Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns. Monitor and respond to community interactions across all platforms. Collaborate with external agencies to plan and manage social media advertising campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content affiliates to amplify campaigns. Analyse performance metrics, using data to optimise strategies and content for growth. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 years’ experience managing social media accounts for a brand, or 5 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on social media. Proven expertise in using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for business purposes. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager). Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
