Join our team This is a technical business analyst role, providing key support to the ARIBA Technical Lead. You will contribute expertise and deliverables through your strong understanding of SAP ARIBA Guided Buying and the SAP ARIBA Business Network. With your in-depth knowledge of these systems, you will lead the onboarding and enablement of Anglian Water Services' supplier chain to SAP ARIBA Guided Buying and the SAP ARIBA Business Network. Additionally, you will provide ongoing user support to Anglian Water employees, ensuring effective use of these systems. You will also support ongoing catalogue management activities, working alongside the ARIBA Technical Lead. What you'll be doing: Accountable for onboarding and enabling suppliers on ARIBA network. Activities broadly include: Replicating onboarding activity carried out prior to go-live and improvising where required in BAU. Use training manuals to provide support and training to Suppliers on how to use Ariba and manage their catalogues. This will involve supporting the development of training material with the dedicated training team. Main contact for seller integration project coordination, escalation point of contact. Escalates risks and major roadblocks to line manger Manager regarding Supplier Engagement and analysis. Review regularly - supplier onboarding plan and update thee when there are changes. User Support: Accountable for team mailboxes; action, cascade and signpost user queries. Accountable for supplier queries related to their set up. Accountable for keeping line manager informed of any overdue user issues and queries and those that need escalation. Catalogue Management Activities Support Line manager in: Making updates to Guided Buying design, tile structure and forms. Communicating with the business and procurement on any potential enhancements to design to improve user experience. To mobilise user testing and release of any agreed new features. Any other related activities as required by line manager from time to time. Content Management Activities Working closely with line manger this role will be accountable for: Support and be first point of contact for user queries around catalogues. Reviewing that existing Catalogues are up to date and any changes are made after adequate engagement with Supplier and Business and procurement teams and adequate sign offs. SAP / ARIBA or similar procurement system exposure hands on experience Stakeholder engagement Comfortable navigating SAP Ariba Guided Buying and the Ariba Network. Comfortable understanding system/procurement processes and supporting process owners with enhancement suggestions. Basic Excel skills include common Excel keyboard shortcuts, using cell references, styles, and ranges with data, vlookup. Different view options like zooming in or out and showing formulas, and basic spreadsheet formatting. Comfortable with SAP or similar Procurement systems, with an ability to use upload templates and set parameters as required. Adopt continual learning approach in all tech engagements.
