We have an exciting opportunity for a Moving Medicine Patients Project Manager to join our team.
Moving Medicine is an award-winning initiative of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK (FSEM) aimed at improving health through physical activity. It provides healthcare professionals with practical tools and evidence-based resources to promote physical activity in clinical practice. FSEM and Nuffield Health’s partnership is based on our shared mission to educate, encourage, and provide tools for people living with long-term conditions to adopt movement as a vital component of their health journey. By improving readiness for change and increasing activity levels, this partnership strives to reduce the burden of non-communicable diseases and improve the quality of life for individuals across the UK.
