Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning Support Professional at Westmorland School. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our teaching staff and therapists to provide individualized support to our students with complex needs.
Our students come from diverse backgrounds, and we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with them, understand their unique needs, and help them achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working with children and young people with SEND
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
* Knowledge of child development principles and practices
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
