Finance Manager
We are working with one of our exciting clients in the motor and insurance industry who are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to head up the UK division.
Location: Camberley - hybrid
Salary: up to £65k dependant on experience
Industry: Motor / Insurance
Responsibilities:
* Compile monthly management accounts, perform intercompany reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
* Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
* Execute month-end procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Prepare quarterly VAT returns and handle partial exemption
* Lead the migration process to Microsoft Business Central
Qualifications / Skills:
* Financial qualification is preferred - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
* Strong background working in a similar role within the motor industry is beneficial
* Strong management accounts experience
* Preferred advanced proficiency in Microsoft Business Central
* Proven experience in developing and managing financial systems
* Expertise in Xero and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with international accounting is highly advantageous
* Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills
* Excellent working knowledge of UK GAAP, particularly FRS 102
