About The Opportunity
eBay Motors is a multi-billion dollar, global portfolio comprising the Parts & Accessories, Business & Industrial, Vehicles, and WHI (a B2B Parts & Accessories marketplace in the US) businesses. We are looking to hire a Senior Manager for Inventory Strategy, located in London, UK, for the UK Parts & Accessories business. The role will be at the forefront of shaping and driving inventory strategy, while ensuring operational excellence in planning, analytics, reporting, and collaboration across a broad cross-functional team.
What You Will Accomplish
* Serve as strategic thought leader to the Parts & Accessories leadership team.
* Build and own executive-ready presentations on Parts & Accessories inventory strategy and operational updates.
* Identify and execute against opportunities across the Parts & Accessories inventory landscape that require strategic deep dives.
* Enable market intelligence capabilities to monitor competitive insights, industry trends, and distill Parts & Accessories-specific implications.
* Partner with category managers, partners, and sellers to drive key initiatives.
* Establish processes and guardrails to ensure operational success.

* Demonstrated ability to project manage a group of peers and lead through influence.
* Strong cross-functional leader who is also recognized as a collaborator and partner.

* Experience within a consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy & planning role at a major corporation.
* Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech is an advantage.
