Inspector, Poole, £18 per hour
Purpose
As a Mechanical Inspector, you will bring prior experience in precision manufacturing, working in ISO9001 and ideally AS9100 environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet stringent quality standards through detailed inspections and documentation management.

As a Mechanical Inspector, your responsibilities:
Inspect manufactured products (machined components, welded fabrications, detailed assemblies, painting, etc.) to ensure compliance with relevant drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
Compile Inspection Reports and FAIR documentation in line with internal procedures and customer requirements.
Conduct first-off, in-process, final, and patrol inspections using handheld and CMM measuring equipment.
Maintain and report company metrics for the Inspection Department.
Coordinate calibration of inspection equipment and maintain associated records.
