Description We have an exciting new opportunity for a Qualified Company Secretary to join our Board Management Services team. This role can be based in our London, Amersham, Guildford, Bristol, Cheltenham or Birmingham offices working on a hybrid basis. The Qualified Company Secretary will work with Boards, Companies and our own business areas to support them in finding pragmatic solutions to Governance and Secretariat issues. They will lead bespoke projects and ensure the timely delivery of our Governance and Secretariat services.
