Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the highest levels of quality and compliance across the business. The role requires travel across various sites within the UK, although it is primarily based at the Bromsgrove head office.
Salary and Benefits:
Annual Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Car Scheme: Choose between a company car or a £400/month car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance
Conducting internal audits, particularly with regards to ISO standards
Acting independently to resolve issues, without departmental bias
Regular travel across various site locations in the UK
Essential Criteria:
Experience in a quality or compliance role or a recruitment background with a passion for compliance
Strong problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to provide an unbiased approach to difficult situations
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 internal auditing
ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management system experience
Possession of ISO9001 or ISO27001 internal auditor certifications (advantageous but not required)
