Third-Party Assurance Manager
National salary circa £60,000, London salary circa £70,000
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join and be part of our Third-Party Information Security Assurance Team.
If you are ready to share your Information Security subject matter expertise, acting as the single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders when it comes to TPISA (Third Party Information Security Assessment) related information, we would love to hear from you!
A bit about the job:
You will work with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and Aviva suppliers to identify the key risks and control deficiencies with newly onboarded and existing suppliers.
Your role will be to define, manage and report on the delivery of an annual cycle of assurance across a defined set of suppliers and to agree a pragmatic approach with the supplier, when it comes to remediation of findings.
Your experience and skillset will also be invaluable to support the team in:
1. Managing the lifecycle of remediation activity identified as part of assurance reviews.
2. Being the Go-To TPISA resource able to provide supplier data security advice and guidance to the wider Aviva organisation.
3. Working collaboratively with the internal CISO and Supplier Teams to support a continuous improvement regime.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
1. Proven Security experience.
2. Able to understand and communicate overall risk posture of suppliers through managing the annual assurance process.
3. Have excellent stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills.
4. Experience working collaboratively with teams from other disciplines within Aviva and with the suppliers in meeting the end goal.
5. Having a positive attitude that will help manage concurrent complex activities to short timescales and work under pressure to manage the assurance process.
What you'll get for this role:
1. Salary - national: circa £60,000, London: circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
2. Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
