What the Job Involves The role involves providing professional mechanical engineering services, with a focus on maintaining the Housing BMS platforms. You will oversee existing BMS systems, ensure timely repairs, and collaborate with internal and external engineers to maintain efficient plant operations. Responsibilities include commissioning reports for new installations, providing performance reports for the communal heating system, and delivering high standards in contract administration, design, and budget control. You will lead on procurement, project management, and maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and council policies. Additionally, the role involves stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, adhering to standards, and supporting staff development. The position is both flexible and office/site-based as required.
