Head of Demand Planning
Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
£75,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, commercially savvy Head of Demand Planning to lead and evolve the global demand planning function.
This is a leadership role – you’ll have the opportunity to build structure, implement systems and shape the future of demand planning within a collaborative, forward-thinking business.
As Head of Demand Planning, you’ll take full ownership of the global demand planning strategy. From driving robust forecasting processes to implementing a scalable, system-led infrastructure, you’ll ensure alignment across departments and markets, enabling efficient growth worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the global demand planning strategy with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement.
* Transition from Excel to system-based planning tools.
* Oversee demand planning across key global markets.
* Manage a demand planning forecast.
* Lead Monthly SIOP meetings and Quarterly Regional Reviews.
* Drive insights through improved reporting and analytics (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
* Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Marketing and Supply Planning teams.
* Build and expand the demand planning team, with growth planned for 2026/27.
* Ensure best-in-class demand planning tools and practices are in place.
Key Requirements
* Extensive global demand planning experience – ideally in beauty, FMCG or consumer goods.
* Proven track record in scaling and leading demand planning functions.
* Strong experience in wholesale, with exposure to eCommerce, D2C and international sales.
* Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong system implementation experience.
* Advanced analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset.
* Experienced team leader with the ability to grow and mentor direct reports.
