Job Title: Volunteer Voice Coordinator

Salary: £30,598 - £32,779 Per Annum Based on 35 Hours Per Week

We are looking for passionate and proactive individuals to join us as Volunteer Voice Coordinators. This role is ideal for those who want to amplify the voices of our volunteers, ensuring their experiences and feedback shape our programs and services.
A day in the life of a Volunteer Voice Coordinator will involve:
1. Act as a liaison between volunteers and the organization, ensuring effective communication.
2. Collect and analyse volunteer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer engagement and satisfaction.
4. Organize and facilitate volunteer forums and meetings.
5. Collaborate with various teams to address volunteer concerns and suggestions.
To be a successful Volunteer Voice Coordinator, you’ll need:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Passion for humanitarian work and community service.
5. Commitment to the values and mission of the British Red Cross.
