We are pleased to open expressions of interest for a temporary secondment opportunity, to commence on 1 January 2025. This opportunity is only open to Headteachers within the Trust. This is a 1-year secondment opportunity. There are three roles available, as detailed below. Role 1: 2 days per week in seconded role, working the remainder of the week in substantive post To lead rapid improvements at Camberwell Park, with the support of the Head of School who would be in school full time To support and mentor the new Head of School To ensure that by the end of July 2025 all areas of the Ofsted framework have evidence to support a self evaluation of RI, moving toward good by December 2025. To develop leadership capacity within the school To support the conversion of Camberwell park to academisation To ensure that standards in their own school continue to improve, and that leaders continue to develop their capacity Role 2: 1 day per week in seconded role, working the remainder of the week in substantive post To support and mentor the new Heads of School at Pear Tree, ensuring that they have whatever they need to be as successful To ensure that by the end of July 2025 all areas of the Ofsted framework have evidence to support a self evaluation of good To ensure that standards in their own school continue to improve, and that leaders continue to develop their capacity Role 3: 1 day per week in seconded role, working the remainder of the week in substantive post To support the executive leader to ensure that the build programme for Orchard House is successful To ensure all is in place for the pre Ofsted inspection To ensure that the budget and recruitment timelines are effective and efficient To support the new headteacher when appointed To ensure that standards in their own school continue to improve, and that leaders continue to develop their capacity To apply for one of these roles, please submit an expression of interest in writing (no more than 500 words) detailing your interest in the secondment and your suitability for the role.
