We have partnered with a established and growing law firm, located near Redditch who are looking for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to their commercial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing opening files, managing legal documentation, preparing invoices and liaising with clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary Role:
* Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the legal teams, including preparing legal documents, and handling legal correspondence.
* Document Management: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
* Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and maintaining professional communication.
* File Maintenance: Organise and maintain electronic files, monitoring key dates, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Billing and Invoicing: Assist in preparing client invoices.
To be considered for the role Legal Secretary you will require:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in a commercial law firm.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
