This is an office-based role providing technical support and selling engineering equipment. The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical or industry-specific information, and the ability to offer in-depth product knowledge to customers. Main Duties: Provide technical support and service knowledge to customers. Communicate technical benefits of products to customers and offer solutions based on their needs. Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sale communication and care. Manage customer requests and schedules effectively, with a pro-active attitude. Analyse and present sales data to management. Complete monthly stock inventory control. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, discoveries, and developments. Manage sales contracts, including engineering funds and payment terms. Organise packaging and delivery of goods. Coordinate with teams within Europe to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate with equipment suppliers. Perform general office administration duties. Manage the E-Commerce platform. Oversee Navision ERP System. Utilise advanced IT skills for various tasks and reports. Assist with any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the business. Respond to specific reasonable requests from the Operations Director. Essential Criteria: Excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Good knowledge and interest in using IT applications. Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player. Willingness to learn new skills.
