Are you an Asset Management professional that wants to drive a more Data led approach ? Do you feel your current company isn’t embracing technology enough when it comes to Asset Management? Are you concerned that without adoption of new asset management data practises residents might be at risk ? We are actively working with a Housing Association in London who is looking for Head of Asset Data to come in and help transform the asset management function and future proof its practises. About the Role: As the Head of Asset Data you will work with the wider asset management function to drive a new data led approach to Asset Management. Leading a team of Stock Condition Surveyors and Data Officers, you will be working closely with the team to build a new single source of clean data across the asset management department. The role will also have a requirement of looking at the current systems within the asset function and procuring a new asset management system. Responsibilities: Lead a High-Performing Team: Leading the team of circa 10 professionals, ensuring that the data on all stock is accurate and up to date Deliver Transformative Projects: Work with the wider department and leaders to implement a new asset management system Be an ambassador for change: Ensure that you are constantly pushing for an improved attitude towards asset data, looking to innovate and enhance practises Strategic Budget & Procurement Management: Manage a budget, particularly relating to asset management systems Building great internal relationships: You will be influencing the wider company, taking many out of their comfort zone, so being able to win over “champions” from across the association would be a huge advantage What We’re Looking For: We need to speak to candidates with a proven track record of working within Asset Management teams, leading members of staff and putting an emphasis on data led decisions. You will be detailed, with a growth mindset, always looking at ways to improve the service and the abilities of your team. Over the coming years the retrofit programme will also really pick up, so if you have worked on retrofit/energy programmes in the past that would be great. With the growth mindset, you will have a willingness to complete the CIH qualifications (if you don’t have them already). Person fit: This role is made for someone who is eager to listen and learn but isn’t afraid to challenge the norm – you will be expected to influence members of staff who have been in post for 25 years, so being able to build relationships is a must Clean data is the future for the Asset Management market, so being experienced handling and transforming data is a must Details: This role is paying £70-75,000 (dependant on experience) and initial interviews are happening before Xmas.
