About the Role: Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher. Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment to ensure all students can engage effectively with their education. Support students with their work and provide guidance as needed. Uphold school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive atmosphere. Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day. Requirements: Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Confidence in managing a classroom and supporting student learning. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
