Claims Manager
Salary: £40,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday & occasional Saturdays depending on business needs.

To support our customer experience department we are looking for a claims manager who will lead the team to process high volumes
of vehicle repair claims, delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and bring new, innovative ideas to improve the
service delivery to our clients and customers.

The role will include, but is not limited to:
* Work alongside the logistics manager and RM’s to effectively manage capacity across all Halo sites
* Work alongside the Technical manager and BM Trainer to ensure of effective triaging by the claims team
* Proactively lead and motivate your team to achieve team objectives& hit company and client KPIs
* Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to and on behalf of clients
* Act as a contact point for clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as handling any complaints
* Lead and develop team members to reach their potential
* Identify key performance indicators and set objectives for staff
* Work closely with the Compliance and Talent and Development team to ensure the business is compliant and trained with all
relevant regulatory policies and procedures, and help drive improvement plans
* To proactively identify areas for improvement and put forward business cases to improve
What are we looking for?
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail
* Be a key communicator
* People management with the ability to drive performance consistently.
* The ability to resolve customer problems/issues/complaints, and a strong understanding of customer service processes and
systems.
* Computer Literate with good understanding of Microsoft packages.
