This role is all about….
1. Taking a leading role in the CF service line and being instrumental in developing and implementing the department’s strategic plan. Their offering includes M&A lead advisory, due diligence and fund-raising support. Typical clients range from early-stage high growth businesses to large established companies, lending institutions, private equity funders and government bodies.
2. Responsibility for leading M&A engagements (buy and sell side), from planning to completion whilst managing the firm’s risk.
3. Taking responsibility for developing and coaching junior members of the team.
4. Developing new business for the team through internal and external networking
About you….
5. Fully qualified CA/ACCA/ACA or other relevant professional qualification
6. Significant experience in leading M&A transactions;
7. Management experience – the ability to motivate, delegate effectively, develop the team and be a strong leader;
8. Senior level management of client expectations and management of risk;
9. Success in building and maintaining a broad network of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to business opportunities.
Salary up to £95,000 (DOE) + Benefits. Hybrid and flexible working. Location can be flexible as you will have a national remit; however, accessibility to central belt Scotland is important.
