Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum and school guidelines. Engage and motivate students to actively participate in lessons, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of students. Regularly assess and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources. Foster strong partnerships with parents/carers, maintaining open lines of communication and providing regular updates on student progress. Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities and events. Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialization in RE. Proven experience teaching RE in a primary or secondary school setting. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements. Excellent knowledge of different teaching and learning strategies, adapting them to meet the needs of individual students. Effective behaviour management skills, ensuring a positive and respectful classroom environment.
