Job Description We are recruiting Training, HSEQ & Engineering Administrator to join our team in Banbury. This is a 12 month fixed term position covering maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied team, coving many aspects of administration, from working with engineering information and our service business customers to working with our safety team, positively impacting our safety culture throughout the business. You will also work alongside our Technical Training Team, supporting our service engineers, their careers, and their professional development needs. This role is based in Banbury. You will report to the Training & Development Manager. You Will: Collate and enter data on our internal systems Centralise, complete and return customer approval questionnaires and PQQs Frequent support to branch operations, sales, HSEQ teams (HSEQ, HR, Financial, and CR Data) Support to HSEQ for Safety Schemes in Procurement and H&S Award registration and completion Prepare induction packs and PPE for new starters Process training course certificates Plan and order lunches Manage stock of workbooks and logbooks Setup and monitor training room/conference room Produce Certification for our customers on completion of jobs Assist with general administration duties for our Project & Engineering Teams. Support our Order Handler & Document Controller where required. Booking of training both internal and external, communicating with branch planners, Managers and delegates accordingly.
