We are seeking a motivated, experienced and customer-focused individual to join our international client, within their friendly and skilled Customer Service team. Key Responsibilities:
Own the end to end order to cash (OTC) process
Manage and execute all process with operational excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer portfolio, both internal and external.
Process customer orders according to policies and manage through delivery.
Actively monitor open orders to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery to customers.
Proactively address disruptions in the process, such as material availability or transportation issues.
Monitor monthly forecast, managing customer order patterns, and addressing issues related to the demand and supply.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for export orders.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics) and external partners to meet customer experience levels.
