As a Credit Controller, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in managing consumer accounts in arrears. Your responsibilities will include:
📞 Proactively contacting customers in arrears via phone, email, or letter to recover missed payments on loans.
🤝 Negotiating and managing payment plans for customers unable to clear their arrears.
💼 Establishing repayment agreements with debt collection agencies and overseeing the recovery process.
⚖️ Referring unpaid debts to legal advisory services as needed.
📊 Preparing monthly debt reports for stakeholders and maintaining accurate records.
