* A BSc in Physiotherapy/post grad MSc Physiotherapy
* Health and Care Professions Council Registered
* Comprehensive record of CPD
* Evidence of postgraduate development
* MSc in relevant clinical area

* Leadership qualification/ training
Experience
Essential
* 3 year minimum as a Band 6 Physiotherapist or above
* Extensive experience within area of speciality
* Developing and appraising staff
* Delivering services along evidence based guidelines
* Leading student placements, and scoring performance
* Leading on audit/ service review linked with strategic objectives
Desirable
* 3 years experience within area of speciality
* Experience as a Band 7
* Experience of Service Development
* Experience of working within an MDT within acute and community settings

* Expert clinical skills within area of speciality
