The Residential Surveyor role
The Residential Surveyor will apply their expertise in the property market to produce high-quality reports, including residential valuations, homebuyers' reports, and more. The firm will provide full support in managing workloads, allowing the Surveyor to focus on delivering top-tier service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct volume surveys, including prestigious properties in Surrey
2. Survey and report on listed residential buildings
3. Build and maintain relationships with private clients, gaining their trust and ensuring satisfaction
4. Liaise with the practice manager to ensure seamless operations
5. Travel to client locations to provide expert on-site services
The Residential Surveyor
6. MRICS or FRICS preferred (AssocRICS considered based on experience)
7. Experience in residential property valuation and surveying in the South
8. Full driving license required
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs
11. Ideally located in or around Chichester, Portsmouth, West Sussex, or Hampshire
